The R-1 Lake on Roosevelt Road had a fair amount of shorebirds and mudflats for
a small lake. But I couldn't find any that were very unusual. There were some
on the far side, but they looked similar.

Shorebirds seen:
killdeer - 21
pectoral sandpiper - 22
least sandpiper - 5
semi-palmated plover - 2
lesser yellowlegs - 5
spotted sandpiper - 1

Also, sedge wrens were calling from the University property across the road to
the North.
