The staff at Columbia Bottoms CA, St. Louis, requested that Jean Leonatti (currently on-sight but unable to find the Fulvous Whistling Ducks) ask me to post on MOBirds-L that the refuge is being closed even as I type. The flood waters are topping the levees. A date of when they will be able to reopen is unknown.
