Osprey 5 miles NW of Columbia in vacinity of Roemer Lake off Creasy Springs Rd 7:00pm 4/15/08 Bird headed south, full (setting) sun, moderate height, (8.5 X 44 optics) methodical flap of wings, black mask clearly seen along with black patchs at 'wrist' on underside of wing: wings strongly swept back at wrist.
