Proposals are invited for a session at the Annual RMMLA Convention in Reno,
Nevada 
October 9-11, 2008.
 
In this session, we will explore ways in which the German past is
represented and assessed today. "Past" hereby refers to German history of
the 20th century. Papers discussing fictional and non-fictional texts or
films as well as memorials or exhibitions are welcome.  
 
Please submit a 250 - 300 word abstract and your contact information via
