I've been following the magazine and organization discussion, and I
need to ask one of those DUH questions. I belong to Burrough's
Audubon chapter of KC, hence I also am a member of Nat'l Audubon.
Or maybe its vice-versa. I know they go hand-in-hand. Does this
mean I am not also part of ASM? (I don't get the Bluebird
magazine. Although I do get the Audubon quarterly magazine. And the
quarterly BAS newsletter.) I THOUGHT ( and I know this group will
be quick to correct me if I'm wrong) that if there was a LOCAL
chapter like BAS, then I belong to that as well as Nat'l. BUT if
you live in a RURAL area where there is no local chapter, then you go
into ASM. So would I send more money to join ASM and get their
mag? Okay, all of you may now show me up on my stupidity.
