Dave Rogles called:
NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen about the same area as it has along the Confluence
State Park Road.
This time it was in one of the little trees along the road, then flew back
to that shrubby area across the road.

Now Dave is looking for Snow Buntings in the circle.

BTW, Ellis Bay is about 90% iced in.
Gulls are sitting on ice by observation tower but no unusual gulls seen.
Waterfowl (if any) are out in the River meaning.... IL state.
Maybe waterfowl can be found at Portage Des Sioux or the River near the
Sioux Energy Plant.
Also Dave counted ~ 250 (!) swans this AM.
