Congratulations, Sherry!

The lone siskin 'scout' brought back about 8 others today for a brief period 
to our niger feeders here in Kirkwood.  Something spooked all the birds at 
the feeders and they scattered. That was late morning.

We left for errands and stopped in at Powder Valley where we saw probably 
45-50 Pine Siskins feeding.  So, still a good number there. As Nick Barber 
had commented, there was quite a variation in the plumage which was 
interesting to observe with so many. I didn't see any Red-breasted 
Nuthatches there, though. ;)
