This is only the SECOND US record outside of Texas.
That was in Concord, NC (suburb of Charlotte) in 23 Nov. 2000.
The Beloit bird is an immature as well.

Guess I better refresh and add more pink flourescent pink tape around the 
house
for it's journey southward.
Gotta' come through MO headed toward TX and Mexico.....Right?
Hmmmmm... maybe a neon sign of a red flower on the roof. ;-)
