Haha. Mick, there must have been a slight misunderstanding. This spring
while searching for Ivory-billed Woodpeckers I must have picked through a
thousand YELLOW-BILLED Cuckoos without seeing a single Black-billed Cuckoo
(no Ivory-billed Woodpeckers either...). The cuckoo was indeed a lifer for
both of us. I also added Canada Warbler and Gray-cheeked Thrush. Not bad for
my first day birding in St Louis this year. I'm home for a few days between
field jobs.

Devin Peipert, who just started seriously birding this year hit #200 this
morning. Congratulations to him.

No sign of the Connecticut Warbler as far as I know...

It was nice meeting you all at Tower Grove Park this morning. Nice place you
have there.
