Went out looking Monday morning for the Mississippi Kites that Randy had in Webster Groves, MO, a southwest suburb of St. Louis. Saw them fly up into the thermals around 10:15am from approximately Lockwood & Berry Rd., cross over Hwy 44 at Big Bend and Rock Hill Road, and then disappear. The earliest I've seen them in the past in this area was May 5th. Also heard: Tennessee, Nashville, Palm Warblers and a Northern Parula.
