It was quite windy and overcast this morning, but I went out around Lake Contrary anyway.
   
  I did get sixteen (16) species of waterfowl, which I did not think was too bad.
   
  The cormorants and pelicans are really moving now. I probably saw 100 DCCO and 600 AWPE.
   
  Savannah Sparrows seemed to be everywhere and I did get my FOY Vesper Sparrow (x2) down just south of Lake Contrary on one of the back roads.
   
  There were quite a few Eastern and Western Meadowlarks around the area.
