We were very fortunate to see 6 species of gulls today.  Thanks to Mike Thelen for helping us with 2 of them. And thanks to Bill Rowe and Charlene Malone for directions. 
 
Glaucous gull - 1 from Alton Barge Road
lesser-black backed - 2 - thanks to Mike Thelen - Alton Barge Road
Thayer's gull - Lincoln Shields - thanks to Mike Thelen
Iceland gull - from the parking lot of the dam 
ring-billed gull - I would hate to have to estimate how many 
Herring gull
 
There were swans, pelicans and some ducks and geese, but we were mainly concentrating on the gulls
Also numerous eagles and eagle watchers.
