The St. Louis birders have been reporting great sightings of gulls at Riverlands. A couple questions:

1. Is it necessary to be there fairly early in the morning, before 8 or 9AM or after 4PM in the afternoon for the best chance to see the gulls?

2. I'm not familiar with the Illinois side of the river. Could someone give directions to the areas that the gulls are currently being seen which seems to be the Illinois side.

3. Is there a "gull" field trip coming soon that some of us could participate in?

Thanks, Kathleen Anderson, Columbia (reply off line of online if others are interested.)
