We enjoyed the company of everyone on the BAS fieldtrip yesterday. We're happy for those of you who got to see the WETA. We are glad we chose to go back to the gull roost and saw our first Adult Lesser BBGU, our LIFE Greater BBGU and the Franklin's Gull (see Charlene's email for details). It was a Six-Gull day for us!
Special thanks to David Rogles and Tom Bormann for leading the trip and helping us find the gulls in the fading light. Thanks, also to Helen Hewins for the invitation.

  Good birding!
