I've been pondering the apparent lack of Pheasant and Rough-legged Hawks this winter... I can't "buy" a look at either of these guys! Went to Atlanta CA, Macon County, this morning... Nothing wild and crazy, but did get a Cooper's Hawk, Harris's Sparrow, and Eastern Towhee.
