Went to R"Lands today to see the Glaucous Gull/s, searched for hours through
a couple of hundred but couldn't find it,did see a Greater Black back tho'
souring high above the Dam area at 1pmish .I'm very familiar with these birds
from back home in Blighty[UK] they have a very different flight pattern from
R/B Gulls etc and are very big. There was also a Thayers out there amongst
the Herring Gulls and R/B's.
Also saw Trump. Swans,G'Eye, Hoodies and Common Mergansers,
Canvasbacks and the Surf Scoter + many Eagles and ETS's and Chipping
Spadgers.
