Linda Childers and I birded Capps Cons. Area yesterday am. We had 52 species. That's a nice little place if you're ever down in Newton County and have time check it out. Thanks Linda. Sparrows are finally getting down here. The "big 3" - Henslow's, Le Conte's and Sharp-tailed, eluded us however. I put our numbers on CACHE. Our personal favorites were: all seven woodpeckers, Loggerhead Shrike, both kinglets, Nashville and Orange- crowned Warbler. Good birding, Larry H.
