First:  It's great to see that Julie and her crew has started a Big Sit! at Binder Lake.  Fun, aren't they?   

Second:  To add to the MO Bluebird Trail info, I have the following report from a young Amish couple who live in the very edge of Daviess County (right across the road from NW Livingston):
Active nests 85, total eggs 359, total hatch 290, total fledge 281

This couple, along with their two young children, keep meticulous records of the bluebird houses as well as those of the tree swallows, house wrens and chickadees, not to mention their "main" birds, the 76 pairs of purple martins which fledged a total of 312 young!  It's a very special treat to visit them and see the joy and enthusiasm they have for these birds.
