Drove out to Busch Wildlife CA late afternoon today to look  for some marsh 
birds to photograph
  Ausome crystal clear fall afternoon
Only birded around the Hampton lake area and the "shore bird" marsh  cells
 Hampton Lake-
several  Snipe,Greater and Lesser  yellowlegs.dunlin
 
 Shorebird area-Was really surprised how good of shape the  habitat is in 
here.Was thinking it would be totally dry but obviously they  have been pumping 
water into the cells.Wouldnt be surprised if a biitern or  other species of 
rail is hiding in here
 birds seen-
  Soras,marsh wrens,sharptail sparrows,lots of swamp and song  saprrows
  good assortment of ducks including wood,a single redhead and a  female 
pintail,mucho coots
