I have to agree with Mr. Hobbs on this one.  After the whole Cornell deal, you're going to have to show a picture to be convincing.  Too many of the observations focused purely on the wing pattern and objective characteristics.  Only one of the observers noted the white lines running down the neck to the back.  It is definitely intriguing but, in my eyes, not definitive.
