If the members who are willing  to receive the Bluebird  
electronically, and not in hard copy,  did so, would the numbers of  
copies to be sent by postal service be few enough for us to afford  
1st class postage on those?  Maybe some folks would be willing to pay  
a premium on their membership for first class delivery of the  
newsletter.     Personally, I like to do whatever reduces the amount  
of paper in my snail mailbox. Just pondering.
