After finishing a run around the paved trail at Watkins Mill SP (Clay
Co.) at about 6:30 p.m., I had an encounter with a YELLOW-BELLIED
FLYCATCHER. This was a first at the park for me... actually, it was a
first for me on this side of the state. The bird was beside the paved
trail on the southeast side of the lake, near the small pond that
lies just on the other side of the trail from the lake (in the
vicinity of the campground).
