Last weekend the pair with the nest on the power pole just outside the northeast corner of the commuter parking lot at Hwy W/Hwy 54/Hwy 63 (north side of the MO River bridge at Jefferson City) still had one bird continuously sitting on the nest for the 10 minutes or so that I observed them. I took that to mean that the eggs were not yet hatched. Of course that was a week ago.
