Just for fun I kept a tally of the birds I observed at my feeders or flying over my property during
May and came up with this list:

-- American Goldfinch
-- Indigo Bunting
-- Rose-breasted Grosbeak
-- Brown-headed Cowbird
-- House Finch
-- Mourning Dove
-- Northern Cardinal
-- Red-shouldered Hawk
-- Red-tailed Hawk
-- Broad-winged Hawk
-- Eastern Phoebe
-- Baltimore Oriole
-- Summer Tanager
-- Downey Woodpecker
-- Hairy Woodpecker
-- Eastern Bluebird
-- Tufted Titmouse
-- Blue Grosbeak
-- Brown Thrasher
-- Ruby-throated Hummingbird
-- American Robin
-- Great Blue Heron
-- Gray Catbird
-- Black-capped Chickadee
-- white-breasted Nuthatch
-- Cedar Waxwing
-- Carolina Wren
-- House Wren
-- American Crow
-- Purple Finch
-- Blue Jay
-- Magnolia Warbler
-- Nashville Warbler
-- Eastern Kingbird
-- Turkey Vulture
-- Red-bellied Woodpecker
-- great-tailed Grackle
-- Scarlet Tanager
-- Dickcissil

Plus two Eastern Bluebird houses fledged 5 and 3 respectively, third house fledged 3 Black-capped
chickadee and Eastern Phoebe nested in the eves fledged 4. Already Two Eastern Bluebird pairs
have re-nested with 3 and 4 eggs laid and the Eastern Phoebe has re-nested and laid 4.

At various times, although I am not confident on calls, I believe I heard at least two owl species,
Chuck-will's -widow, Mocking bird and various others I didn't recognize.
