Greetings:

Found a CLIFF SWALLOW today during the St. Louis Audubon Society field
trip to the Boone's Crossing Unit of the Big Muddy National Fish &
Wildlife Refuge in St. Louis County. Later, found a singing PRAIRIE
WARBLER in the trees next to the parking lot of the "Blue Grosbeak
Trail" at the Weldon Spring CA in St. Charles County. Believe John
Solodar, today's leader, will be posting a full report.

Yesterday, took a photo of a SORA and two of a KILLDEER nest with three
eggs, seen by the SLAS field trip group at B. K. Leach CA in Lincoln
County.

Please note that yesterday's group found the Killdeer nest quite by
accident, having seen the adults nearby moments earlier. Photos were
taken speedily and the group left quickly to minimize disturbance of the
birds.
