This morning Chipping Sparrows were trying to outnumber the White-throated Sparrows, but couldn't outweigh them. Blue-winged Warbler, Common Yellowthroat, Orange Crowns, heard Nashville, my first of year Gray Catbird down by the ditch, all 3 GH Owlets in tallest pine on south side of "meadow", Northern Waterthrush, heard White-eyed Vireo, my foy Swainson's Thrush near grove, Am Robins, unidentified vireo seen, Ruby-crowned Kinglet looking more like a Scarlet-crowned Kinglet so much red showing. Claudia Spener reported male Rose-breasted Grosbeak near Gaddy Garden, more than one Winter Wren, Song Sparrow, Brown Thrasher. Wonderful morning.
