I was in Tower Grove Park for about an hour this morning (4/15/2006)
from around 9:30 to 10:45. It was fairly quiet. Connie Alwood
pointed out a singing Pine Warbler he had found between the oak grove
and the bird garden - my first of the year (and also my first case of
spring warbler neck). Some others:

Chimney Swift - 3-4
Wood Thrush - 1
House Wren - 1
Eastern Towhee - 1 male
Lincoln's Sparrow - at the ditch
Field Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow - more of these singing than in the past few days
Dark-eyed Junco
