I need a book that will help me organize families of birds in my head, and
learn the basic distinctions. If it comes packaged with other avian science,
that is fine, but my first wish is the taxonomy. This is one I found on
Amazon. Any reviews or other suggestions? If this is inappropriate for the
list, please answer me directly.

Manual of Ornithology : Avian Structure and Function (Paperback)
by Noble S. Proctor, Patrick J. Lynch
