As previously posted:
As far as I know, the last person to see the birds was David Rogles when he
re-found the bird on Wednesday....... unless the Thursday WGNSS group went
out to Busch today.
It is at the end of Lake 6 (sorry, direction unk.) where there are new
culverts put in under the road.
(NOT the end with the levee/spillway/pathway along the lake)
A numbered bunker and a closed road (authorized vehicles only type road) is
near this same end.
At these culverts there are three steel fence posts with hunter orange tape
on them that will point you to the brushy area where the bird has been seen
off and on.
The bird is usually with White-throated sparrows, so look through any
near-by flocks of white-throats.

When we saw it, it responded quickly to minimum pishing.

Good hunting,
Charlene Malone
St. Louis co.
