Like I said never say never but still have to say the vast majority of out of 
season "broadwing" hawks are usually red-shoulders or something else
 The only skinning going on here is being done with Achems Razor and years of 
past experience
 Kind of like wood thrushes or veerys being seen in winter that usually turn 
out to be hermit thrushes
