Just got done with a delicious lunch at Main Squeeze (on 9th St. in Columbia, MO). There was a Cooper's Hawk (?) sitting right outside the window in a tree. She was fluffed up and looked like she was waiting for a nice, plump pigeon to drop by.

I was 99.99% sure it was a Cooper's Hawk, but it may have been a Sharp-shinned. The only reason I thought it was a Cooper's, rather than a Sharp-shinned, was because of the notable white at the tip of the tail. If someone else happens to stop by and she/he is still there, will you identify positively and post? Thanks!
