ILLINOIS bird
Call from Travis Mahan:
Dan Kassebaum has found a yet specifically IDed ALCID (all black bird) at
Carlyle Lake.
It was seen initially from the Saddle Dam in the SE corner of Carlyle (see
www.carlylelake.com for the map)
It is not IDed yet due to WINDY and choppy conditions (dress accordingly).
This bird is behaving much like the Ancient Murrelet of last year (about
this time).

That's all the info I have at this time.

Good birding,
Charlene Malone
St. L co.
