Greetings,
As I was walking home (all 300 yards) from the nature center at Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sanctuary in Liberty what to my wandering eyes should appear but a cinnamon-plumaged Lonchura punctulata also known as a nutmeg mannikin, spotted munia or spice finch in all its glory in the prairie. Needless to say, that has never been recorded at the Sanctuary before -- so the question is, do I document or ignore? Thanks for your help.
Naturally,
Craig Hensley
