  I apologize for bothering all of you again.Here is a pic from the 
other day that I presume has to be a flycatcher. It has a yellow lower 
mandible  I  apologize,  its not a great photo.
 Does anyone want to figure out this one ?  I certainly don't know which 
type it could be. You can send responses "off list".
If it would help in your ID, I will explain where the bird was seen.
It was feeding on insects upon a gravel road in a dense deciduous 
forest. Its perch was about 10-15 feet off the ground. It was not near a 
lake or a grassland area..
