Monday at 5:30 pm. Tower Grove Park, South St. Louis. Gaddy Bird Garden
Canada Warbler
American Redstart
Magnolia Warbler
Ovenbird

An Olive-sided Flycatcher was in the usual tree between the Bird Garden and
the house.

There are parking restrictions on Magnolia Avenue on Thursdays. $10 fine.
(Jim, I was sorry to hear about the break-in but thanks for getting the word
out so fast.)

The injured bird I enquired about yesterday was not the injured American
Golden Plover that has been seen at the same site. The "new" injured bird
was a peep, significantly smaller than the nearby and equally-approachable
Buff-breasted Sandpipers.

Mick Richardson
St Louis.
