It is said that adult warblers begin to migrate in August, but birders rarely notice it because they aren't singing; there is too much foliage; shorebirds and waders are where the action is; it is too hot and not productive enough to go dickey birding, etc., etc. I would expect folks who watch a bubbler in their yard to see a few.
