The leak was attributed to someone in the US Fish and Wildlife Service.  
I have not heard/read of any individual being named as the source, so 
the "level" of the employee is a matter of conjecture to most of us.

I'd bet my Swarovskis that a great number of FWS employees would redden, 
guffaw, or maybe even spit to be referred to as "someone in the Bush 
Administration."

We seem to have made a leaping assumption here.  Let's enjoy the air 
conditioning and cool off a bit.
