I don't have a good guide handy to confirm, but the heavily streaked
breast suggests an immature rather than an adult female,  which has a
lightly barred breast).  What threw me about the photo was the head, which
looks very dark.  Perhaps it is just the lighting, or perhaps an unusally
dark plumage.
