I have been selling Migratory Bird Permits at the store I work at for many
year in Missouri. The terminal always prompts us with questions like "Did
you hunt geese last year? How many did you bag? Did you hunt ducks last
year? How many did you bag?...etc....

Since 1985, I have NEVER had to answer YES to "Did you hunt rail, snipe, or
coot last year?". Never. Makes me wonder why there's a season on them
too.
