Mike Warnock visited Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area in southern Boone
County over his lunch hour today. He reports that Bobolinks have
arrived. There were over 50 of them in the afalfa by the entrance to
EBCA proper. (This is by the last of the City of Columbia's drinking
water wells.) He also heard lots of Vireos (Blue-headed, White-eyed,
Yellow-throated, Bell's and Red-eyed.) The Bell's were in the willows by
pool 8's parking lot. There were numerous Orchard and Baltimore Orioles,
Rose-breasted

Grosbeaks and he saw his first Dunlin of the year.
