There is still time to catch the 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. presentation of the WBS
Masters of the Sky. Sponsored by AmerenUE, the program is being held at the
Lake of the Ozarks Elks Lodge #2517. The street address is #5161 Highway 54
and is just up the hill and around a curve a little west of the Grand Glaize
bridge, north side of the highway.
The hour long presentation includes a running commentary by Walter Crawford,
their Executive Director, which is quite amusing and entertaining as well as
educational. The true stars of the day are the live eagles, hawks and owls,
some of which fly inches above the audience (brushing your hair with their
wings)!
Admission is free. Donations are eagerly accepted by the White-Collared
Raven, a beautiful bird that is out of Africa. Don't forget your cameras!
