Ok, you can see I don't get to bird too much with this post:

American Robins built a nest 9.5 ft up in a redbud tree directly above a
sidewalk
in late May.  Fledged four in early July.  Anyway, the last of the nest came
down
on the sidewalk sometime this afternoon during the rain... Oct. 7.
Now there's a statistic for you...
A young American Redstart took a bath with the robins yesterday after work.
