Just received word that the Columbia Mississippi Kites continue to frequent
the pocket park behind Parkade Elementary School. The fledged young does
return to the nest occasionally, and appears to be using it as a feeding
platform - calling to parents and accepting food from them at that location.
So, if you missed your opportunity during the last six weeks - they can
still be seen.
