HATE to suggest this, but maybe remove the perches on the feeder to prevent
larger birds from using it........?? Don't know If I would want to do that
only as a last resort.
BEFORE doing that , go to www.humingbirds.net  and see if Lanny Chambers has
any GOOD ideas to remedy this.
