Hi, Larry - We've looked for them every year for the last 6 and have never
seen any at all.

We were wondering if their was a nest down by mud lake as we watched the two
Scissortails about an hour the other day and didn't see them enter that
bush at all, and did see a Mockingbird enter it and neither Scissortail paid
any attention - this in contrast to the Scissortails nesting behind
McDonalds on Iowa street in Lawrence - where they run Mockingbirds out of
their tree all the time. Those are late nesters too, each year they are 2 -
3 weeks behind the others that nest in the Kmart or Walmart parking lot
across the street on Iowa.
