I ran by REDA (St. Charles Co.) this morning, real quick before heading to work. The water in Ellis Bay is all the way back up again--so no shorebird habitat there. Did find a few shorebirds at Heron Pond and Pintail Marsh, highlights:

Pintail Marsh:
2-BAIRD'S SANDPIPER, Good bird for the St. Louis area.
1-SORA, walking around in drainage ditch past Wise Road (seen from Riverlands Way)

My Yard this evening:
1-BLACK CROWNED NIGHT HERON, fly over--Yes, the binoculars are always within an arms reach
My 1-Chimney Swift for the last week, increased to 6 birds this evening.
