Heard many White-eyed Vireo in the Mill Creek Valley this morning and a couple of Yellow-breasted Chat, as well as Blue Winged Warbler, N. Parula, Yellow Throated, Common Yellow Throat, L. Waterthrush, Wood Thrush, Yellow Rumped, Black and White and Pine Warblers. Numerous large and very vocal flocks of Gold Finch in bright gold breeding plumage all thru the valley. Had the opportunity to watch about 12 or so preen themselves in Mill Creek at one time, what a beautiful sight, topped off when a L. Waterthrush flew in and joined the crowd.
