Went to the Riverlands this morning and the place was hopping with ducks.
The turkey and a lone snow goose was nice but didn't see much in the way of
passerines along Riverlands way. Decided to go on down Wise Road just in
case and it seemed to be pretty barren there, too. Then the hot spot
happened, where Wise Road and School House Road come together saw the
following between the brush and water/mud puddle:

3 Fox Sparrows
several Song Sparrows
1 Savannah Sparrow
1 Brown Thrasher
1 Towhee
1 Swamp Sparrow
Eurasian Tree Sparrows
House Sparrows
1 White Crown Sparrow

The Red Breasted Mergansers doing their courting was fun to see but this was
an exciting happening.
