2004 MLA Convention
Session organized by the North American Heine Society
Philadelphia, Dec. 27-30, 2004

The North American Heine Society invites proposals for its session at the 2004 MLA Convention.

Proposals for papers addressing any topic related to Heine and left-wing politics in the present global order are welcome.

Possible topics include, among others: religion and power, nationalisms, end of modernity, media control, consumerism, corporate power, third-world societies, digital media networks.

Please send 200-300 word proposals by Mar. 1
