A good day. X-C Sking at Poosey C. A. in the A.M. and ice skating at the wetlands P.M. - with some birding too. Ahhh -  Winter! Then Dinner and a Movie with my wife - Life is good. Long-eared Owls at two differnt places at Poosey. Found a flock of about 100 Lapland Longspurs in the Grand River bottoms - western Livingston Co. Saw what looked to be another new Eagle nest along the river in same area. Raptors were working the wetlands west of town;
 Am Kestral
Redtail
N. Harriers - a pair
Rough-legged Hawk - believe this is new bird for the area - seem to have missplaced that list.
 Later , Steve
